There is NO physical tracking of anything! This site only pins logged ducks on a map when reported by the user.

Get Tracking Codes
Tracking codes are unique codes that you add to your ducks. These codes allow participants a way to Track The Duck. The codes can be added to any ducks whether you bought them or were ducked with them. Only codes generated on tracktheduck.com will work here.
Track Ducks
Tracking ducks using the codes associated with that duck will display markers on a map showing all the locations that particular duck has been. The more people that Track The Duck, the more markers there will be.
About Track The Duck
Last year after receiving my second duck, I thought it would be cool if you could track these little guys as they travel around. After a quick search came up blank, I came up with Track The Duck.
Track The Duck is a place where you can share your ducks travels with others, and see where the ducks you have been ducked with have visited.

History of Duck, Duck, Jeep
Allison Parliament is the founder of Duck, Duck, Jeep. She started it in Canada during the height of the COVID pandemic as a way to cope after being harassed because of her American license plates.
Instead of getting angry, she looked at a duck she had sitting in her Jeep and decided to write a note on it. ‘Hey, here’s a rubber duck. I hope it makes you smile.” She then placed it on the dash of a stranger’s Jeep. The rest is history.
Its now estimated that thousands of Jeep owners, in at about 84 countries participate in Duck Duck Jeep.
